Salade Lyonaise

When I went to Lyon I fell in love with their food! It is just delicious!!! hehehehe

Well you have here the salade lyonaise 
It is not difficult to do =)

All you need is:

Lettuce (I use to buy the one in packs in the supermarket =) you just have to wash it :P)

Tomato
Bacon (a pack 250gr)
Onion (a half )
Cheese OR Poached Egg (I do not like, but the truth is it gives another flavour to the salade) If you use the poached egg you do not have to use the cheese ok????

So

You frie the bacon, you do not have to use olive or butter just put it on the skillet.

You wash the lettuce and you put it on the plate
You cut the tomato in little squares and then put it on the letuce, the same thing with the onion.
You put the bacon and you mix all the ingredients
You can season it as you want
At the end you just have to put the cheese or the poached egg
